DT Swiss Ratchet EXP OS technology A specially manufactured axle, larger bearings and a larger threaded ring pursue a common goal: superior reliability with less wear. Only in this way can the high torques and peak loads generated by the rider and motor be transmitted evenly over a wide contact area
DT Swiss engagement angle technology The patented freehub system with high-precision sprockets guarantees maximum load capacity and reliability. Thanks to the no-tool concept, the system is very easy and quick to maintain.
DT Swiss Pro Lock technology In the Pro Lock process, a patented two-component adhesive is injected into the nipple thread, which enables the construction of extremely durable wheels. As soon as the nipples are screwed in, the adhesive is activated and hardens completely after approx. 6 - 7 hours at room temperature. Repeated re-centering is possible without any problems, although the adhesive strength decreases slightly with each re-centering.
DT Swiss tubeless technology Tubeless tires offer some decisive advantages over the conventional combination of tire and tube: The tire can be ridden with less pressure without risking "snakebites" and therefore offers more grip. The lower pressure also ensures greater riding comfort. The absence of the inner tube means that there is no friction between the inner tube and the tire and that rolling resistance is therefore lower when riding off-road and over obstacles. If tubeless milk is also used, the tire is also immune to punctures and small cuts. A big advantage for anyone who likes to ride long distances away from the nearest bike store.
