If the integrated BREX sensors recognise negative acceleration and thus a braking manoeuvre, the rear light illuminates much more brightly and conspicuously. Following traffic immediately understands: ATTENTION, THE BIKE IS SLOWING DOWN!
During emergency braking, the light also pulsates extremely conspicuously - the highest warning level. In such a braking situation, following traffic can usually only act instinctively. The impressive, visual emergency braking impulse of BREX can trigger such immediate reactions and prevent serious accidents.
Rear lights with BREX are approved in accordance with the latest German Road Traffic Licensing Regulations (StVZO) and shine significantly brighter during braking than previously approved rear lights with deceleration light.
