The bladed Sapim CX-Ray spokes have withstand more than 3,5 million wheel revolutions in fatigue tests.
Weight: 294 g (64 spokes, 264 mm length)
Sapim aero spokes not only give an aerodynamic edge, they also make wheels lighter and stronger. As light as titanium spokes, CX-Ray still receive one of the best results in fatigue testing. No doubt why CX-Ray are used by top bike racers and triathletes around the world. Even downhillers use them, recognising their strength and flexibility.
Special alloy treatment and sophisticated production make all this possible. Aero spokes are produced from the best suited stainless steel for spokes: high-tensile, fatigue-resistant 18/8 stainless steel conforming to SAPIM quality standard specifications.
The CX-Ray fits easily into all standard hubs.
No more extra hub filing; the hub manufacturer's guarantee is unaffected.
Almost as light as Titanium.
Stronger than all the spokes, currently on the market.
Unbelievably high fatigue test results
Special alloy treatment and sophisticated production.
The best aerodynamic spoke now available.
Produced from high-tensile, fatigue-resistant 18/8 stainless steel conforming to the SAPIM quality standard specifications.
In order to fixate the bladed section of the spoke during truing, a Sapim tool for bladed spokes is highly recommended. Otherwise the spoke will twist, which leads to inconsistent spoke tensions and very soon to broken spokes.

Excellent Used CX-Rays for several wheel builds and find them to be light, strong and easy to build with, get a bladed spoke holder to prevent the spokes from twisting and they're easier to use than regular spokes! ★★★★★ Mark Proudman
Great and durable spokes I rode these laced to 24 front and back wheel for about 5000 miles. I also crashed several times and never had to true my wheels even after that ★★★★★ Nick

Sapim is known for its precision-engineered spokes that are used by professional cyclists and bike manufacturers around the world.
One of the key features of Sapim spokes is their high-quality materials. The company uses only the best quality stainless steel, which is known for its durability, corrosion resistance, and strength. Sapim spokes are also heat-treated, which gives them additional strength and helps to prevent breakage.
Sapim also offers a wide range of different spoke types, including double-butted spokes which have a thinner middle section, aero spokes which have a unique shape to reduce wind resistance, and bladed spokes which have a flattened profile to improve stiffness and aerodynamics. These different spoke types allow customers to choose the best option for their specific needs and preferences.
Sapim also uses advanced manufacturing techniques to ensure that their spokes are precise and consistent. The company uses CNC machines to machine and shape the spokes, which results in tight tolerances and minimal variations between spokes. This ensures that the spokes fit perfectly in the hub and rim, and that they are evenly tensioned.
