ONE-K RD-T The ONE-K RD-T is the lightest companion for athletes who rely on tubular tires. He was designed for cyclocross. But also on the gravel bike or road bike he convinces with excellent performance. The RD-T has a permissible system weight of 110 kg.
RIM HEIGHT The 24-hole Baccara rims come from the French rim specialist DUKE Racing Wheels. They are particularly stiff and have an aerodynamically optimized design. The jaw width of the rims is 21 mm. The asymmetrical rim profile allows an optimal angle of attack of the ONE-K spoke stars.
Hub ONE-K hubs were developed especially for ONE-K Wheels. Choose the high-end hub set of the noble forge NON+ Components with only 230 g weight. Both hubs are for a thru axle (12x100/12x142) and a Center -Lock reception.
Spoke nipple The spoke suspension made of titanium is a real eye-catcher. Opt for a special Diamond-Like-Carbon (DLC) coating for optimal surfaces and a dark look. Alternatively, choose the pure titanium.

About ONE-K Wheels Designed and manufactured in Germany, their technology is revolutionizing cycling. The manufacturing technique is their answer to the question of a sustainable and efficient production process.
Material Fibers with extremely high strength and stiffness are used. Embedded in an epoxy matrix, the spoke is characterized by high resistance to cuts and impacts of all kinds. An outstanding damping capacity, which increases comfort and also grip on uneven terrain, completes the performance spectrum of the material used.
Spoke star ONE-K's patented manufacturing process allows it to produce multiple connected spokes from a single continuous fiber ribbon. The ribbon is formed to create small loops. These are used to connect the spokes to the hub and rim. Loops are not only one of the easiest ways to connect fiber composite to other components, but also the most efficient.
Because of the seamless fiber tape, the spoke stars have no open end. Therefore, the biggest weak point is eliminated. In the central part of the spoke, the fibers are perfectly aligned in the direction of the load, making optimum use of the material's properties.
Structure Each wheel consists of four spoke stars, two on each side. These are mounted rotated 180° to each other. This gives us the same structure as known from conventional wheels. The wheel behaves as usual, there are no negative surprises.
Rims The spoke stars are connected to the rim via nipples made of lightweight and high-strength titanium. The nipples can be preloaded via a screw from the rim side. This allows a consistently high spoke tension as well as the precise centering of the wheel. The screw ensures a tension-free alignment of the spoke between hub and rim by a special ball head. The ONE-K spoke concept does not require special rims, because the ball-head screw uses the same bearing surface as a classic spoke nipple. Only the number of holes and spoke length must match the spoke stars.
Hubs The spoke stars are hooked onto small pivots on the hub. The pivots are loaded over a very large area, which increases durability. The spokes support each other and are also prevented from slipping by a collar on the journal. The flanges of the hub has a large diameter, what du an optimal power transmission at the start contributes.
The hubs are made by established hub manufacturers and have been perfectly adapted to the ONE-K spoke system. They are not only extremely lightweight, but also highly durable.
