The Miche technology developed in collaboration with professional teams also involves the SWR range: the use of high-tech materials guarantees excellent performance and low weight. Carbon fiber is used with dedicated laminations for each specific use, so as to ensure maximum yield in all conditions.
The SWR T 50 wheels are manufactured with a 50mm rim with an increased section of 23mm, and designed for use in races such as chronometers and sprints, where aerodynamic penetration capacity and rigidity are factors of primary importance. The design of the SWR T wheels for tubular steel involves the 3K lamination of the carbon fiber, and its arrangement in a structure designed to manufacture a particularly rigid and robust rim, but at the same time guaranteeing lightness and ease of driving for the wheel series.
The use of HTG resins guarantees and ensures excellent braking performance in all conditions. SWR hubs are obtained in AL 7075 T6, NC-machined and anodized. The special design of the rear flange and the forged monoblock structure ensure excellent rigidity and resistance of the wheel system. The AL 7075 T6 pins with increased cross-section are designed and developed together with the use of EZO bearings for the best smoothness and bearing capacity. The freewheel body is NC-machined from AL 7075 T6 and steel.
