Schmolke FullOversize SL road bar 31.8mm 1K Team Edition

The cross-section of the FullOver extends over the entire middle section and thus creates a noticeably high stiffness. The lower grip only tapers to 27.5mm instead of 24mm. This means that even higher stiffness values can be achieved in the lower link due to the larger diameter. A further decisive advantage is the much more pleasant grip feeling, which especially drivers with large hands will appreciate. In the brake handle position, the almost horizontal handle section forms a line with the brake handles. This means that the brake handles are also positioned high up and improve comfort in this position. The extra weight of 5 g compared to the other TLO models is due to the specially manufactured carbon bandages for the brake/gear shift grips. The weight advantage of these bandages is 18 g. They are included in the scope of delivery. It has integrated cable trays on the underside for laying the cables. The handlebar is reinforced for stems with 4-screw clamping and can end with the Schmolke handlebar end plugs.
This handlebar can be shortened up to 10 mm at both ends.

SL variant
SL stands for super light. Schmolke only uses T800 quality fibres for this series, while T300 to T700 quality fibres are commonly used in the industry. In addition, the low weight with the known stability is made possible by the load-bearing layer structure.
