VIAL evo Race frameset
VIAL evo Race - a special version of our well-proven, multiple test-winning VIAL evo road frame, developed in cooperation with Benotti!
The VIAL evo Race is based to 100% on our success models, the VIAL evo and VIAL evo D. The Race however sports a more aggressive silhouette and considerably more square-edged, more voluminous downtube. The higher wall thicknesses and strategically placed reinforcements further increase the already "very good stiffnesses" (reference: tests of ROADbike as well as Tour magazine) and that way predestine the frame for heavier respectively more powerful riders and especially also racers. The rider weight limit has been increased by these measures from 100 to an ample 120 kg.
The Race features a shallower but slightly shorter geometry which allows for a sportive as well as also rather relaxed riding position. The other award-decorated properties, such as the balanced handling and the convincing comfort have remained positively untouched for the Race as well. The new rear end with increased tire clearance and boosted stability now allows the use of wider tires without issue as it currently is a trend in racing and that way also prepares the Race for events such as the Ronde van Vlaanderen.
With frame weights in the midst 700 grams
class the Race still does not have to fear any rival. Even less so as this is a real world rather than a catalogue figure - with the Race in the sum of its properties being without any competition!
Award-winning-genes for race wins!
Race frameset Ceramic option
