The perfected spoke geometry of the KappaX not only provides excellent lateral stiffness and directional stability, but also has a damping effect when passing over obstacles due to the discreetly springy design. The development engineers at XeNTiS started the project with the ambitious goal of creating a new type of wheel that is unique both technically and visually. The process involved examining each carbon layer for functionality and gradually approaching the balance between lightweight construction and durability. After many iteration cycles of optimizing the wheel design through FE analysis and prototype testing, a product is now offered that eclipses anything seen before. The extraordinary puncture resistance is realized by the Tubeless-capable rim flange in Hookless design.
