The Schmolke Lowriser Downhill handlebar has a very ergonomic shape and provides a constant calm and controlled steering due to its width. This makes it perfect for demanding freeride areas. It is manufactured with a 280mm wide middle section. Stems with a 4-bolt clamp can be used and the handlebar can be closed with the 18mm Schmolke handlebar plugs.
The handlebars are designed for barend mounting with special reinforcement layers. This means that additional aluminium reinforcements do not have to be inserted. The handlebars must not be shortened more than 5mm per side.

SL variant
SL stands for super light. Schmolke only uses T800 quality fibres for this series, while T300 to T700 quality fibres are commonly used in the industry. In addition, the low weight with the known stability is made possible by the load-bearing layer structure.
