This tubeless version offers an outstanding stiffness-to-weight ratio with maximum heat resistance. It is one of the lightest, most exclusive and highest-performing disc full carbon wheelsets worldwide, ideal for less energy consumption when climbing and improved braking performance when descending.

The Lightweight Obermayer EVO Tubeless Disc VR+HR SCHWARZ ED is an absolute high-end performance disc wheelset that makes no compromises. With a total weight of only 1,230 grams, this wheelset sets new standards in lightweight construction and performance. The use of high-modulus CFRP fibers in combination with a unique layer structure results in impressive smooth running and extremely high stiffness at the same time. This enables direct power transmission without any loss of energy, which is particularly noticeable during sprints and when riding out of the saddle.

A highlight is the new innovative Pentagon SL hub in conjunction with the EXP technology from DT Swiss. This construction is not only 60 grams lighter than its predecessors, but also guarantees the highest precision and reliability. The disc-specific design of the wheelset ensures precise and safe braking performance under all conditions.

The integrated tubeless technology additionally improves the rolling properties of the wheelset, as there are fewer friction losses without a tube and riding comfort increases due to the possibility of lower tire pressures. With a rim height of 48 mm and an outer width of 24 mm, the Obermayer EVO Tubeless Disc offers excellent aerodynamics. The inner width (maw width) of 18.2 mm is optimally designed for tire widths from 23 to 32 mm.
