Sharq was developed to enhance the riding experience on mixed surfaces, from asphalt to gravel tracks. The wheelset is the result of intensive development work, advanced engineering, and extensive design and testing processes to achieve the best possible performance. We control the production process 100 percent. All components are manufactured in Europe and assembled in our own factories.
The new Sharq features an internal rim width of 25 mm, an optimal compromise for both road tires of at least 30 mm width, guaranteeing good aerodynamics and low rolling resistance, and wider knobby tires, providing secure grip on rough terrain. To ensure the rim can be used with both tubeless systems and tubes, it is equipped with mini-hooks that guarantee maximum safety. As is typical for Fulcrum, the rim bed is not drilled, making it tubeless-ready without the need for additional rim tape.

And we offer this to you now! We developed the 2-Way Fit technology to ensure the perfect compatibility of our tubeless rims with standard wire tires and tubes. 2-Way Fit wheels are highly versatile and perfectly suited for any situation.
Thanks to a special marking in the valve area, the tubes are mounted with high precision, and the tube remains securely stabilized in the wire tire. The tubeless valve can also be safely installed, ensuring that no air escapes due to improper positioning.
USB - Ceramic Ultra Smooth Bearings Fulcrum has always been respected for the extremely high smoothness and reliability of its hubs.

2:1 Two-to-One Spoke Ratio - Disc Brake When the rider pedals with full power, the rotation of the sprocket set causes a flexing of the spokes on the freewheel side, leading to a subsequent loss of tension in the rim. This results in excessive bending of the whole structure, inevitably causing a loss of energy.
Fulcrum solved this classic cycling problem with its 2:1 Two-to-One Spoke Ratio patent, doubling the number of spokes in critical areas.

Undrilled Rim Bed The absence of holes in the inner rim bed is synonymous with a homogeneous product in all its points, without critical stress points.
The advantages are immediately noticeable: lower weight, longer rim durability, greater fatigue resistance, the possibility of higher spoke tension, and greater stiffness, resulting in more responsiveness and acceleration performance.
