The diameter just doesn’t fit? In other words: there is play between the frame seat tube and the seat post, so the correct installation of the seat post is impossible due to its undersize? Then our high-quality G.Shim reducing sleeve provides a quick remedy: Simply inserted into the seat tube, it allows the exact adjustment of the inner seat tube diameter of your frame to the outer dimension of the seat post. The sophisticated design of the double slotted aluminium reduction sleeve promises stability and guarantees an even, gentle transmission and distribution of the clamping forces through a material-locking connection. The G.Shim version for reducing a 34.9 mm seat tube diameter to 31.6 mm allows the installation of common dropper seat posts in mountain bike frames with 34.9 mm dimensions. If the seat post is adjusted in height or removed, the light G.Shim, available in seven dimensions, remains firmly in position in the seat tube due to its pre-tension.
