    • Do you ship to U.S.A.?
Yes, we do ship to U.S.A., you can easily order via our online shop.
    • How much are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs depend on the value of the goods and the destination country, see the detailed postage overview.
Alternatively simply put the item(s) you're interested in into the shopping basket, choose your country and the shipping costs will be displayed.
    • Which parcel service are you using?
For most non-EU countries we use Deutsche Post, their partner in the destination country is usually the (formerly) state-owned parcel service.
Within the EU we use either Deutsche Post or DPD.
    • Is the parcel insured?
Yes, all parcels we send are insured at no extra cost.
    • Can you also ship by FedEx, UPS, ...?
No, but if you have an account at a parcel service you can arrange to pick-up the parcel at our doorstep and ship it on your own. If you want to do so, please write a notice into the comment field of the shopping basket when you order, then we'll remove the shipping costs and inform you once the parcel is ready for shipping.
    • Can you explain me the different payment methods?
Credit card: you pay SSL-secured with VISA, MasterCard and JCB.
Prepayment (with 2% discount): you transfer the money in advance to our bank account, IBAN/SWIFT data is being supplied in the order confirmation e-mail. As soon as it's booked to our account your order will be sent. (not available for all countries)
    • How much does it cost in my own currency?
This depends on the exchange rate at the moment when we book the money from your credit card.
To get an estimate sum you can check the shopping basket where the order sum for many foreign currencies basing on the ECB reference rate is being displayed (don't forget to select your country before).
